The Application Process
1. Contact Us
Give us a call or shoot us a quick email so that we can discuss your needs.
2. Intake Interview
Please fill out the intake form online. We’ll conduct a needs assessment to understand your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
3. Tour the Home
Come out and tour our clean, safe, and affordable home virtually or in person.
4. Placement
Once approved, payment for the first month and non-refundable community fee is due and selection of room can be made.
5. Sign the Contract
Sign the month-to-month membership agreement and all required documents.
6. Move In
Enjoy your new home!
